new teacher..same old story..

i m writing in correspond to the letter send in by a reader of The Star (10/1/11,teachers,listen up) .

To the writer said that the fresh teachers are arroagnt. My question is, is this true? I personally think it is not..how is this possible?

For starters i belive that the writer are one of the people who is stubborn and refuse to accept changes. In my experiance, i think that the new teachers are the only ppl that is willing to accept changes. But in some cases if there are new, fresh teachers who are arrogant that is due to the reason of the environment of the school and the 'seasoned' teachers who pushed these teachers to act the way they do..stop making people change where you yourself refuse to change...

Im missing a few points here but this does not end..
